Adore is an alternative rock band based out of Huntington Beach, California. Members of the four piece band include: • Grant "Sizzo" Vanderboom (vocals)• Jimmy "Vayps" Galinato (guitar)• Shawn Yeager (drums)• Russ Fyne (bass) Adore's energetic and dynamic style has been influenced by bands such as Filter, Deftones, A Perfect Circle, Incubus, Sevendust, Blindside, Foo Fighters, and Cold. They mix the best elements of their influences without ever sounding exactly like any of those bands. Adore’s second album "Children at Play” was released in 2005. It contains hard hitting anthems, musical journeys, and lyrics that tread on the edge of light and darkness. Currently the band has finished up a new EP for 2007 called “Drop Dead Gorgeous.” This is a recording that truly captures the energy and intensity of Adore. Adore performs regularly in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Previous performances have been held at the El Rey Theatre, House of Blues, Galaxy Theatre, Troubadour, and Key Club. Whether it's by live performance, “Children at Play,” or “Drop Dead Gorgeous,” Adore takes music and emotion to another level.
